It’s important to continue to improve you stay specific. Specific to your sport, specific about where you currently are and specific about what you are working on. Races or no races, you took up a sport, a craft, you are passionate about. Continued improvement requires continued specific work towards your craft.

Write down your current strengths in relation to the two above.
Write down your current weakness in rages to the above.
Build your next block of training specific to the things you list above. Then take a moment to list and include the following details in your plan

What equipment changes can you dial in through this period:
What skills can you improve right now:
What are you going to do to achieve these goals? (Changes you might need to make and what you currently do well)
