Marilyn Chychota

I have been involved in elite sport since I was 9 years old and my resume includes professional competition in three different sports: Triathlon, Cycling and Equestrian Show Jumping

I competed in equestrian show jumping up to a Grand Prix level. I started at age 9 and competed until I was 26 years old, where I had a competitive stable of my own as a professional trainer and rider.

I’ve been a triathlete since 1999. I became a professional triathlete in 2003, racing to podium positions at Ironman events around the world, including a victory at Ironman Malaysia in 2004. I’ve raced 15 professional Ironman events.

I have raced as a professional cyclist for over a decade. Beginning in 2000, I raced many national and world level races, including competing in the full USA and Australian National Road Circuit, Canadian Road and Time Trial Nationals, Australian Road and Time Trial Nationals, and the Women’s New Zealand Tour and World Cup. In addition to winning stage races, I won several state championships in both time trial and criterium racing.

I have also been a competitive amateur athlete in olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, winning a masters State Championship in powerlifting and competing at the masters World Cup in Olympic lifting. 2014-2017

I’ve lived, raced and trained throughout the world, including New Zealand, Australia, North America, Asia, South America and Europe.
